Overtime in '92

After looking into this more, I think I figured out why. The OT length is equal to the period length you select, so there isn't a separate "option", or ROM offset to set a different OT time in '92. It'll just be the same as the period time.

I guess to hack OT, I would see if there is an instruction for the game to read the period value when OT starts from a ROM address. If that instruction exists (for OT only), then you would have to change the instruction to read from a different value, perhaps one of the other 3 period lengths. I don't think I can do that anytime soon, lol, but that would be my strategy.
