Hey, long time lurker, first time poster. Had a thing I wanted to ask about this version of the game, because I noticed that when you go into Playoff mode that the United States and Yugoslavia teams aren't available to be picked for some reason; it just goes from United Kingdom to Belgium and vice versa, skipping over both. I'm guessing it's some kind of programming bug, since they're the last two teams in the game alphabetically. I don't suppose there's some sort of fix for this somewhere, is there?
