So after some Pre-season action. The Home Ice advantage settings really have a big impact on the game. More than I thought. Home Ice can be set at 0-4. DaDonch had it set at 2 for every team in GDL 93 and no one seemed to notice much. I set it at 4 for the Hitz Preseason rom and it seems to have a major impact. So for the regular season rom: What do you guys want? 0-4.

Blitzburgh and I played the first pre-season games tonight. I do not need the Pre-season scores reported but I do once we start the season next week in this format. NHLPA93HitzPre.bin I am really happy with how this turned out. I used some Graphics from Smozoma's Blitz rom and Slapshots NHL Roms. If you watch the Ron Barr intro he will give you personalized team previews for the Hitz League. Test away and I will be on tonight for for some pre-season action. New York (Insanity) and Boston (Seano or Kasim) I had no lines so I used best available. Everyone else check to see you got what you want. Pens unis are sweet. Played 3 games no issues with Forwards on D, but preseason may show us different. Be aware with Line Changes on the computer may start your back up goalie so always check. Line changes on and the low skill level of the fighters may make 93 Hitz a much more fun and interesting rom.

Good Point Brutus. The only penalty we have is fighting though. I believe we will be OK as long as everyone uses all 4 defensemen in Line 1 and 2, AND then doubles up whoever they want on the CHK Line. My thoughts and I am sharing my strategy is that I will have Line 1 and Line 2 and CHK Line will be my best Line. Also no NLC line in 93.
