  1. Not even a question for me. The SNES version isn't even worth playing. Genesis all the way.
  2. NHL Hockey for the PC is probably my favorite all-time game. I agree that the gameplay in NHL 94 is a BIT better, but being able to edit my roster with NHLinfo and keep track of your stats over the season with an EXCELLENT stats generator for the other teams tips the balance. NHL 95 is not bad either. Sadly, however, the geniuses behind the game were of the school of thought that if you set the game to 5 minute periods, that the sim stats should churn out only 1/4 of the points that should otherwise be earned in the average game. So at the end of the season, your entire team will occupy the top 18 scoring positions with the rest of the league struggling to score 20 goals. A horrible defect and if anyone knows how to fix it I'd love to know. If you have the version of the game that crashes with DOSbox, I'd be more than happy to send you the one the works... marshallbeggs@hotmail.com
  3. I remember back in the good old days it was easy to download rosters for NHL 93. Now its popularity seems to have declined to almost nothing and I can't find anything no matter how hard I look. I used to have several updated NHL rosters and even some European league ones, but I've lost them all. If anyone has any ideas or maybe even some rosters or other items on their hard-drives, maybe they could get in touch with me? I'd greatly appreciate it. marshallbeggs@hotmail.com
  4. Maybe this is a stupid question, but could anyone direct me to whatever genesis emulator allows for online play of NHL 94? I'd love to get involved in a league for this, the best consol game of all time (in my mind).
  5. Nothing beat the very first gravis gamepad pro... after a few years, however, their manufacturing became very shoddy and then disgraceful with the introduction of this piece of crap: http://www.ntrautanen.fi/computers/other/i...gamepad_pro.jpg Today I use the gravis precision, which unfortunately doesn't work on the newest versions of NHL Hockey. For the only version that matters to me, though (93/94), it's the best of the new controllers for the game in my mind. That said, it's really a disgrace that nobody has come out with a precise and easy to handle D-pad for the pc these days.
