smozoma Posted October 16, 2009 Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 (edited) I disagree.If my persuasion skills as a GM are better then everyone elses, And I manage to pull off some crazy deal, then I should be able to keep it. It is common practice in hockey pools and such that a trade can be vetoed if enough other members (usually 33%) think the trade is unfair. It's pretty rare, anyway. The only case I can think of was when someone tried to dump Brian Leetch to the free agent pool just so he could pick up someone with a name he liked.
