saintsfan2500 Posted March 19, 2013 Report Share Posted March 19, 2013 Hey people,i wanted to find a good hex editor for genesis (and SNES) roms because i want to put stuff in nhl 94 like blood,and other things in the game. i would try to find one myself but i wanted recommendations since i am a novice hacker and i want to "improve" a game. trudatman Posted March 19, 2013 Report Share Posted March 19, 2013 I use OxED for editing by address and Hex Fiend for editing by content in English. you aren't going to just edit in blood with either. for editing graphics, I use Tile Layer Pro, but I suspect I should switch, because its gridding/alignment is awful and it's options are nothing special.
