Where to find a Sega Cd Iso with updated rosters

Sure it's possible.

Go here:

The problem is that there is no program like NOSE for the .iso, which would make things faster and easier.

And unfortunately, AFAIK, there is no .bin to .iso convertor.

I wish the hacking gurus here could give us an updated .iso

I really like the sound quality of the CD over the ROM, plus it would be really cool to put in custom music, like the new song the Blackhawks use, when a goal is scored.

Oh God, not that annoying Blackhawks song. Please, no. I can't understand why so many people like that song. I think it's a terrible goal song. The Rangers goal song is 1000x better. Put that in, if anything.

LOL, I agree that the song does suck, but it's what they use. I would prefer to replace it with something like "Get Ready" by Rare Earth.

Converting the iso to bin will not be a usable file, and it will also be very large compared to a bin.

Ideally you want to take an updated ROM bin and somehow, convert it to a compatible Sega CD iso, that will open in an emulator.

If you remember, we looked into this a few weeks ago in another post, and simply converting it, did not work.

Perhaps, someone could ask Mark Lesser how this could be done, or even if it's possible, or just a waste of time?

Thanks for trying and for the info everyone. I tried doing some research on the internet and didn't find anything yet in converting a genesis rom to sega cd playable. I'm interested to see if anything can be figured out. It may be the best way to play it on real hardware is to use a flash cart with the Rom loaded on the sd card.

I think it's possible, the Megamix Team had managed to convert "Sonic Megamix" from Gens to Sega CD. Just take a look.

Maybe you can contact them to have some more info. I'm interested about it.
