Devils & Sharks are good enough for me.

I'll do my line edit for each team/goalie review tonight when I get home (I'm not going to be as late tonight as normal).

Look forward to my Detroit matchup as well. I figured after Detroit popped off that big win on your Islanders last night Coach you might be going with them (Barr scored like 4-5 goals himself). I really wanted to take them for my Probert memories of '93, but Chicago was too much to resist plus Big Bob ain't '93 Big Bob anyhow.

Devils got some good names in there...Claude, Kirk & a John to go w/ a Fetisov & Kasanotov. Hopefully that offsets the make believe team in SJ for me.

The bottom of the barrel taste yucky, so Vancouver is the least yucky :P btw Joe Sakic says to tell Labs hello.

Isles have one very good shooter, was hard to pass them up. Sakic is a good shooter, but he may as well play goalie, as he will never get close to the net.

Caps and Blackhawks are gonna dominate, those coaches are lucky those teams squeaked through the big league draft.

Gotta be the Isles.

Labs gets the Nordiques.

Dead switches wings on all 3 teams.

Send me any roster moves not done yet.

Still need Skeletors for Major.

Check out the web-site for season 2.

Any objections to starting Sunday Feb 15?

The schedule reads showing the last day to play those games.

So when it says:

Week 1 ends 3-8-15.

I am thinking a March 1 start.

I would love to move it up to:

Week 1 ends 2-22-15.

Remember you can always play games later in the schedule.

You just must get the games scheduled each week done.

OK to get ahead.

NOT OK to fall behind.

Current Roster Moves.

Roster moves close Friday 2-6-15 at Midnight Eastern so I can get the regular season rom out for the weekend.

No extensions or changes after that.

1st pick Jer33--- Calgary (Replace LW #10 Roberts with reserve RW #42 Makarov) (Goalie Switch #31 Wamsley replaces #30 Vernon)

2nd pick Darko99 St. Louis (Switch LW #10 Lowry and RW #16 Hull) (Goalie Switch #31 Joseph replaces #30 Riendeau)

3rd pick Lupz27--- Boston (Switch LW #27 Christian and RW #8 Neely)

any roster moves worth making for them? D maybe?

The D pairing is the best they got IMO.

I would switch in #10 Guy LaFleur for #22 Scott Pearson.

Guy deserves to play and he is better.

Just need to know on Quebec, Brutus Farm teams (which I am getting tonight), and Skeletor if he wants to do any with LA.

Also, lets get some odds going in here. Whos the oddsmaker these days?

Would be great If Raph or Deadmeow or both would do it.

He has to be the Favorite.

I'll do one later this weekend, but I always enjoy Raph's.

For the Devils, Promote #22 Claude Lemieux for #26 Petr Statsny.

For Chicago, Promote #44 Mike Peluso for #32 Steve Thomas.

For the Sharks, Promote #29 on D for #48 on on D.

I'm out of town the 13th to the 22nd.

No problem. Great group of buds. I am sure we will get 100% completion again.

The schedule is a guide you can play ahead and as long as you communicate and don't fall 2 or 3 weeks behind it will be fine.

I've got a couple weeks I am out of town during this season.

I can have the rom ready later tonight.

Any objections to getting this thing going?

I'll make week 1 end 2-22-15.

For the Devils, Promote #22 Claude Lemieux for #26 Petr Statsny.

You can't make this move Claude is a winger he can replace MacLean or Muller.

If you want to get Stastny out and add some beef in the middle, your only choice is #17 Sundstrum 196lbs and good #'s.

The other 2 centers are lighter and worst than Stastny.

Deadmeow. Do you want to make a goalie switch with the Whalers the back-up Reagh is higher rated (46) than Sidorkiewicz (32)?

Mac can you add my deadmeowNHL name (deadmeownhl@aim.com) to the Major and Farm league groups. deadmeowSega is still my main AIM name, but sometimes it gives me issues (using pidgin), so I want to have both names in the aim chat groups.

thanks

  • 1 month later...

Assuming NY Rangers win their final 4 games and finish at 32-4-0.

Montreal and New York would tie for first place and the Presidents Trophy.

Tiebreakers:

#1 Points = tied go to #2.

#2 Wins = tied got to #3

#3 Head to Head = tied got to #4

#4 Goal Differential = Currently Montreal is + 152 and New York is + 138 if for some reason this turns out tied we would go to #5

#5 Head to Head Goal Differential = New York 26-23 (+3) and Montreal 23-26 (-3).

#6 If this was tied we would go to a coin flip.
