skip Posted November 19, 2015 Report Share Posted November 19, 2015 Hey guys, we have 2 options for our setup/season length, and they wouldn't be far different from each other. OPTION 1 Three Divisions of Six Teams Each 44 Game Season 4 Games vs. Divisional Opponents, 2 Games vs. Non-Divisional Opponents Regular Season = 8 weeks in length Games to play per week = 5.5 games OPTION 2 Two Conferences of Nine Teams Each 50 Game Season 4 Games vs. Conference Opponents, 2 Games vs. Non-Conference Opponents Regular Season = 9 weeks in length Games to play per week = 5.5 games I already have alignments for both scenarios. Since we have played so many games in exi mode, I figure we could have a little more fun and go for the 50 game season. It will not affect how many games we have to play per week. Plus, we get a bonus week for Christmas. I wanted to ask everyone again how they feel before I get anything final over to Chaos. I feel the two conference scenario would give us a little more balance to our league. The only real change it you'd play against 8 teams four times instead of 5 (six game swing). We'd add an extra hour onto our league :-) Default = 44 game season. This is not a majority vote. If we get over 2/3 (13 of 18) that want to go to 50 games, we will change to 50 games. ***CURRENTLY*** I've emailed Chaos to see what info I need to get him to set up the league page.
