I'm trying to use Gens to play NHL94, but when I click on Gens I get an error that says "This application has failed to start because DINPUT.dll was not found. If you have a older PC, which I assume you might with that error, search google for "DirectX8.1" instead of obtaining to the latested version 9.0c.
