NHLPA '93 Offsets (Stat Extraction)

I loved this game as much as '94, and I didn't know if anyone had gone ahead and found the offsets to extract stats like with '94.

I figured I would play a game of '93 and see what I could find.

I have found the Team Stats, the Scoring Summary, and the Penalty Summary.

Tonight, I'm going to work on the penalties (see if they are any different), and find the Player Stats, the Team Select (Identification), and Crowd Meter.

When I find everything, I'll definitely post them up here (if someone hasn't already, sorry if this is a repost)

and hopefully I'll be able to make a version of my program for '93 support...or someone with database knowledge can use them for leagues with FIGHTING <_<

Good to see '93's getting some love.

'93 is the foundation on which '94 was built. But because it doesn't have one timers or goalie control it get's treated like a bastard child. Even without the improvements in '94 it's still a great game by it's own merit.

If you want to play some more '93 some time I'm allways game.

lol im always down for games...

quick update i have all the offsets (game stats, player stats, scoring summary, penalty summary) except for the crowd meter, and the offsets for which teams have been selected... so I will be searching to find them as quick as possible... once i find them, I'm going to plug them into my code to make sure i have the right ones and then I'll get them up here...

'92 was the greatest hockey - nay, sports - game in the world. Until '93 came along. Now THAT game, THAT was the greatest hockey - I must correct myself again, sports - game since the dawn of recorded history. About a year later, however, '94 came out. '94 is the greatest collection of computer code assembled for any reason, good or evil, since the birth of the Universe.

Then '95 came out which had some updated team logos, and '96 marked the creation of Hell.

59319 = Starting Byte (tells how many goals)

(Example: 18[Hex] = 24[Dec] 24 Total Bytes / 6 Bytes Per Goal = 4 Goals)

59320-59321 = Period/Time of First Goal

59322 = Even/PP/SH

59323 = Goal Scorer Roster Slot

59324 = Assister #1 Roster Slot

59325 = Assister #2 Roster Slot

Penalty Summary

59501 = Starting Byte (tells how many penalties)

59502-59503 = Period/Time of First Penalty

59504 = Penalty

59505 = Penalized Player Roster Slot
