smozoma
Since the players are a bit different now due to the weight bug fix, I'm having a 2 "round" Free Agent draft. To pick up a Free Agent (that is, a player that is not already on a team), you need to also drop a player of the same position, in order to maintain 12 total players (6 Forwards, 4 Defense, 2 Goalies -- this is the 6F/4D/2G Rule). Where to Post Post your free agent transactions in the Blitz 01 Reboot - Free Agent transactions thread. Schedule Round 1 STARTS NOW and ENDS Friday, September 19th at 11:59 PM EST Round 2.. well read on and it'll be explained. Round 1 Rules The rules for the Round 1 are simple: You can make one Free Agent transaction this round. You can not violate the 6F/4D/2G rule. If you drop a forward, you need to pick up a forward. First come, first served. There is no order this round. Round 2 Rules Same: You can make one Free Agent transaction in week. You can not violate the 6F/4D/2G rule. If you drop a forward, you need to pick up a forward. [*]Different: The draft order will be in reverse order of the picks made in the first round (which was first come, first served). If you made the first pick in Week 1, you get the last pick in Week 2. Picks will have deadlines (TBD). Coaches who did not make a pick in the first round can pick at any time during the second round (but must obey the Round 1 rules!) Trading You can make trades during the Free Agent draft (which can be useful for not violating the 6F/4D/2G rule...). Missing Coaches When the Free Agent period is over, I'll start replacing coaches who haven't shown up, then there will be a few days for the new coaches to make some free agent moves. Player List Don't know what players are available? Get the Player List here. Look at the "Team (Blitz)" column -- if there is no team there, the player is available (unless already taken by Free Agent transaction). You will need to keep the list up-to-date yourself. -- See the reboot thread guide for info about everything about this reboot.
