I am a sportswriter and an avid hockey fan and player. As one who has played the game, studied the game, and coached the game, I can indeed say that hockey is truly the coolest game on Earth.<br /><br />Hockey and baseball have always been my favorite sports to watch and to play; however, I do enjoy playing friendly games of basketball, soccer, or football.
