NHL '97

It is funny how the right handed goalies suck so much in this game. I was playing as St. louis with Grant Fuhr as the goalie and tried to pass backwards to the defender but it missed and went to goal. Grant Fuhr let in 10 goals in that game against the AI... but I still managed to win the game with 15 goals.

i have the game emulated and everything how do we play now?

I never noticed this until now; all of the goaltenders in NHL 97 for the Genesis have reversed sprites, which means all of the goalies who catch with their left hand in reality are catching with their right hand in the game, and vice versa for right-handed catchers. Does anyone know why this is?

I was wondering if anyone actually uses this section called "Other Classic EA NHL Titles". The only one that I've seen people ever use is the NHL 93 and NHL 95. I don't think it's necessary to have all the other ones when nobody ever takes a look at them. Take NHL 97 for example. This is only the THIRD topic EVER! I would just like to know why there are all these extra sections that nobody ever uses.
