These past 3 weeks have been brutal for me at school, and this upcoming week is no different. Wednesday is the only good day for me, but the weekend is when I think I will be ready to get a good amount of games in. I apologize and hope to get up to date quite soon.

It was raining a lot in Ottawa today, and while I was working on rom my power went out. I don't feel like working on it until tomorrow ATTENTION: I didn't get everyone's preferred lines. Friday, September 7th is the date when the rosters will be finalized. If all goes well, then we should have a rom with all the logos/jerseys with the final rosters on the same day so we can have a pre-season type of thing before the league is ready to start

Just thought a big congratulations was in order here. Plabax is just 14 years old. Not only has he come up with a fantastic idea for a new rom & league, but he's going ahead & making it happen in pretty good time it seems. Just a short while after the end of the draft we've got a playable beta rom with all our lines, and the general concensus is - it plays great. When all the logos & uniforms are in this is going to be a fantastic rom. How often have these ideas come to nothing, and here's a young kid coming along & doing it. Just fantastic to see. Yes, your team is good....but so are the 23 other teams!!! . You may have noticed that there seems to be a plethora of good players in the 2013 league. That's because the ratings are juiced up, and have been since the '99 series on. At least compared to the classic '94 series. I've graphed how the '13 ratings distribution for FORWARDS compares to the average distribution from the '94-98 series. I normalized the 0-15 back to 0-6, roughly. What you see here may explain why this game will be like playing on HYPER mode, especially no line changes. So about 96% of '13 Forwards have a speed of 4 (9,10,11) or more, compared to 34% in '94-98!! And 94% of F have shot …

Just a heads up how we'll be doing rounds 8-12. Round 8 will start at 3pm est tomorrow. There will be an hour alotted for each pick, starting at 3 up until midnight. Then start up again at 9am. The round will be posted with the due time for each pick later tonight. Round 9 will be the same. 10-12 will be half hour increments. Please get lists to people if you are unable to be on during your time.
