    CHI VS PHI

Yeah Carter missed that open net, there was another one late in the third as well that philly missed that chance. I'm sorry, but Leighton needs to make that save on the last goal. Should have been an easy one Kane had a bad angle. I think goal #2 should have been an easy save as well. He didn't get down quick enough and it went under him. I remember a commentator saying in the Montreal series that Leighton doesn't get down quick enough and lets a lot of goals get under him. Montreal scored a few on him like that, too. Regardless, great series. Too bad there wasn't a Game 7. It was pretty physical and good offense from both teams. A lot of big momentum swings where it looked like one team was just dominating the other.

  4. I (chaos) will be taking over for PIT in GENS-B. rc698fab (AIM:c4outlaws) will be taking over for NJ in GENS-C.
  5. Here is the list of coaches who have not yet made the checkpoint, and the amount of games needed. Third Checkpoint of 25 Games is May 24, 2010 GENS-A: Vocally Caged - 6 gms angryjay93 - 8 gms Zalex - 5 gms canadiensfan66 - 4 gms Louie14 - 13 gms Flamingpavelbure - 7 gms IceStorm NHL94 - 6 gms flasox24 - 3 gms BoKnowsNHL94 - 18 gms GENS-B: nasinater - 17 gms donnybrook - 10 gms dcicon5148 - 9 gms beavers33 - 10 gms nationals1 - 10 gms GENS-C: mcolligan - 4 gms TubaHero - 10 gms Jimdawg47 - 15 gms Dragon - 10 gms fernquist69 - 10 gms SNES-A: prodigyof94 - 5 gms masterof94 - 3 gms SNES-B: me - 3 gms Dragon - 1 gm Kero5hin - 1 gm Lets get these games in. I will be looking to replace anyone who is 15 games over this next week. There are only 3 weeks left till the season is over!
  9. mav has been replaced in SNES-B due to 2 complaints from 2 separate coaches this season due to dropping out of games. Auggie (AIM: MikeAuggie) is taking over for Montreal. Intentionally dropping out of games will not be tolerated and hurts the integrity of the league.
  10. Auggie (AIM: MikeAuggie) will be taking over for San Jose in SNES-A. rc69fab (AIM: c4outlaws) will be taking over for Pittsburgh in SNES-B. Good luck guys!
  11. Houli has quit this season and a replacement coach is needed to take over San Jose in SNES-A. Please let me know via PM or posting here if you are interested. I would like to replace him with a veteran coach, since it is SNES-A and it is San Jose.
  12. Watch out GENS-B! Hokkee has San Jose! Good luck to all!
  13. Haha I was going to ask you too when we were playing before. Ok first come first serve I'll have it set up for ya in a few min.
  14. Houli has dropped out of classic, so I need a replacement for San Jose in GENS-B. Don't want to give a new guy San Jose, so I'm looking for a veteran coach who wants a challenge!
  15. Are you playing through a router? Using hamachi? If you are playing through a router, you might need to do some port forwarding. You can get info on that at http://portforward.com/ If you are using hamachi, try using the kaillera file located here: http://www.blitz94.com/downloads.asp . Scroll down to emulators and download the kailleraclient.dll file and put it in your Gens directory. I noticed even with Hamachi, I still need to port forward. There is some info. on the web on how to do this, but this is what I did (Using Hamachi version 1.0.3.0 which you can get from the nhl94online.com website): 1. Start Hamachi. 2. Click on the gear in the lower right hand corner. 3. Under the Status page, Click detailed configuration. 4. Under Connecting through NAT, check off UDP port and type in port 45000. 5. Hit OK. After this is set up, you will need to forward this port on you router using the info from port forward website. Any questions, feel free to let us know.
  16. As far as dropped / desynched games, the classic league has a rule for this. Straight from the NHL94online.com website here: Netplay Setup & Guidelines If you need to be refreshed on the game setup of the Gens or Snes emulators, please click the appropriate link below which can all be found on the getting started page. Hamachi Setup Playing Gens Online P2P Playing ZSnes Online P2P Playing ZSnes Online Using ZBattle Guidelines for playing NHL94 online vs. an opponent: 1 - Talk to your opponent through the forum, email, or AIM, and decide when to play 2 - Decide which type of server to use 3 - The home team will host the game (the schedule will show which team is home) 4 - The away team joins the home team's game 5 - Coaches log the score on the website after the game (instructions below) Desyncs An untied, desync'ed game should be picked up from the point the game desync'ed. The score should be replicated by owners allowing each other to score, and then owners should skate around until the appropriate time remaining in the game to pick up play. The trailing player starts with the puck. A tied, desync'ed game can be picked up from the point the game desync'ed in a similar fashion (the visiting team starts with the puck), but, if both players agree, the tied game can also simply be replayed from the start as a new game. If two coaches disagree on a score of a game played, they should contact an admin to resolve the issue. If the admin cannot make a decision from the information given, the game must be replayed as if the previous game never happened. Note: Desync'ed games are common, and often lead to coaches observing radically different game results. To avoid unnecessary confusion, watch for Desync messages in the Chat area of the Gens emulator, and pause the game if you see a problem. Contact your opponent over IM and coordinate a resumption of the game according to the above guidelines. Lag Problems If a coach is experiencing lag such that gameplay is dramatically affected, it is his responsibility to speak up sooner, rather than later. A game that is flagged as unplayable by a coach in the FIRST MINUTE may generally be cancelled and replayed on another server or at another time at no penalty - as long as the coach is not trailing by more than one(1) goal. Otherwise, the rule of thumb is to suspend a lagged game and resume it from the same point in much the same way as outlined in the "Desyncs" section.
  17. Too many guys with high ratings. Remember in NHL94 there were only a few with a rating above 75.
  18. patstew19 (AIM: patstew19@hotmail.com) had taken over for Detroit in GENS-C. Good luck!! IM him for games!
  19. New guy alert! thegaijin (AIM:tripwire1@hotmail.com) is taking over for Dallas in GENS-C for the unresponsive MAX4000. Detroit in GENS-C will be replaced later this week (I'm waiting for the guy to get back from vacation). Good luck!
  20. OK I'll fix it later or tomorrow morning.
