"Our" generation will probably never get too old to play games. I mean, it's just getting more and more common that people over 40 years play games. I listen to PC Gamer Podcast every week and they discuss this from time to time. I don't think there's much to say about it. People born around 70-80's grew up with games and it's just a part of our lives sort of. Haha.. Of course some grow out of it, some just run out off time for games. But I doubt I'll ever drop gaming. HatTrick94: just a tip.. save as jpg or png (instead of bmp) and upload them to imageshack.us or something so people can view the image without having to download it. -Snes alert!- Well I haven't got a fast hattrick captured.. But the three quickest goals I've seen the AI score (AI vs AI) are these: Bam bam bam, three goals in 28 seconds! And I got rather nice Power Play stats the other day: Two PP's, two PP shots, two PP goals, all in 9 seconds

Yeah I've had people saying they have problem getting uploaded zip files to work too. I have no problem downloading my own, and so far haven't had problems downloading other people's zips either, so I don't know what the problem is. I use WinRAR of course.

Yeah @ NHL 96 (97, 98 or whatever), it was easy scoring downwards, right handed player, left side @ blue line, aim down left, score.

I suck in 2nd period.. Doesn't matter if it's up or down, second period is always the worst. I remember that when me and a friend played a lot and logged the games, the majority of games won, were won away. That was for the first hundred logged games or so, after that it sort of evened out and went the other way. I recall hating going downwards as a kid, it was a lot harder to score. Now I don't think it's much different really. Maybe a third poll option: "none"

You can probably edit it with NOSE.. Dunno if there are any current hacked versions of it though. Aren't many swedes around here.

Heh, yeah well, since you could just walk across the goal line to get a goal against Cameroon it was quite easy to score loads of goals on 'em But I have no idea what my record was Awesome game however, absolutely one of my favorites! Playing on ice with a couple of friends was just hilarious! Haha... Sliding around like crazy.

I once wanted to do this to my (NES) Legend of Zelda cartridge, but I didn't wanna break anything so I gave up... That battery was also attached to some sort of clip. Maybe there are some info/tutorials on how to replace 'em if you search on google.

Check out DaDonch record keeper.. By saving states in the emulator you can sort of simulate a season. Would be cool to set up a betting game or something.. Where you get 100 "credits" or something and each forum member can bet on results of nhl games. Something just "for fun". Maybe hard to set up

TheVal99 (BOS) hasn't responded once, but is online most of the time.. I've never seen anyone of TheDeer (CGY), JotaC (STL) or Mike (NJ) online once. Logan (BUF), well I got to play 2 (out of 4) games, seems like he quit playing after that. And I've gotten a "not right now" from Pimp (TOR). I have hardly even seen games on TV, I traveled to Ireland (during new year) and was able to catch a glimpse of a game in a pub! I was like "what the hell, NHL in Ireland!?", I mean there's not like that would happen here in Sweden, it's just crappy soccer. The odd times they might show hockey is during the Olympics or the World Championship. But I might be shooting myself in the foot here, as nothings open when the games start over there, heh.. Well it sucks anyway. I've only been able to catch like a handful of games via streaming over the web. I can only watch games on Friday and Saturday night, and for that to add up with both having a decent stream source available and a good game being on, well it rarely happens. The dream is to travel to Canada, Toronto and watch one or a pair of games against Detroit... To get back on topic (if I went off...): None, nowhere.

Well, wboy hasn't been online since "Last Seen: 6th June 2007 - 03:23 PM". So I wouldn't count on a SNES release of NOSE. Heck, wboy doesn't even like the SNES version. Your (our) best bet would be that someone with some programming skills would show up, AND with a taste for SNES. Sigh.. Doesn't look too bright..
