This question is directed at Evan, but I imagine a few others could possibly answer it. When do we expect to get the Fall Gens season underway? And more importantly, how will the level A and level B tiers be constructed? I know I would expect myself to be in a level A tier, and I would not be happy if i were placed in level B.

If you want to foot my 10 dollar entry fee, then I am all for it. However, I think it is evident that adding the money element would prevent a lot of people from signing up in the first place, which hampers the excellent growth of this community, and it also can be a deterant for good sportsmanship, a la win at all costs. It is great though to kick around new ideas. The league is great as is, but there is no reason it couldn't get even better.

You obviously have not played kgman. However, I think Tick will not be harped like kgman's previous foes, and a Stanley Cup for Tick is not out of the question.

There you have it... the quarters are all wrapped up with Boston taking the series 4 games to 2. Ben played extremely well with a terrible team, so kudos to him. Interestingly enough, we played in the playoffs in last year's league, and he beat me there 4 games to 2. And all is well with the world.

The A button is a big part of the game. I heavily disagree that it is a "spirit" penalty, and I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks about using the A button on defense.

Calling the skate-across goal "cheap" is an excuse for poor defense. You should have your defensemen positioned so that someone cannot score on you like that. And... if you are good with manual goalie, you will be able to stop this scoring chance as well. I don't believe there are any cheap goals in NHL94.

I have beat Tickenest twice out of 2 games. I have beat kgman. Does this make me the best player in the universe? Yes. If you are all drunk when I play you. Gin and tonics for everyone. But really... kgman is good, and he is confident about his playing abilities (i.e. cocky), but he has flaws in his game like everyone else that just need to be taken advantage of. I don't think there is anyone in this league that stands out above the rest (although Calgary is scary... take a calculator and figure out his GAA), it is all about matchups.
