Messier and Fleury and even Roenick can be goaded into fight. Many times Bob Probert has ended Messier's Night.

If we only have 4 they will never see the ice. They just ride pine and let skill guys play. I just played Cojacks Detroit and Probert got Messier to fight and took him off the ice. Adds a new level of startegy. Fighting is the only pen and it is just 1 min. Plus you can knock guys out for the game with tough guys. Remember Fleury, Mogilny, Federov, Messier etc will fight you just need a bruiser to start it and maybe finish him. Plus by having less skilled players it may keep the 93 cheese down a bit and we will all have good goalies. It will be an experiment but we are sticking with 6 and we can't change in the middle of draft. By the way thanks helping out

Hooray! I finally got it to work. It does have to be run thru NOSE to fix the checksum. Thought I had done it. By the way I think the game plays best like this. WBX instead of WBF Needs more testing though.

Nope. It is not a brand new rom. It is a rom that I had already done the WBF to. I just went back in and tried to make them both the same. I tied both 2A and both 2B. I also ran it back thru NOSE. I will keep experimenting and report back.

Wow is Hockeydb and Hockeyref off! I checked the Cards from then to and you are exactly right. The 2 web-sites list Roenick at 211 and 205. Sure not what he weighed in 91. Thanks for setting me straight. I still don't get why my roms won't open when I make them both the same. I am doing this with NHLPA 93 by the way. Thanks for your insight.

Well after testing if you make them both 2A or both 2B. The rom will not open. This is in 93. So I guess that does not work. On a side note the weights in the game are all wrong. Gretzky, Fleury, Sweeney were all 180-190. So if that were correct wt bug would not matter as much.

I am hoping we can get DaDonch to play or help with web-site or both. Yes we are drafting new teams. Mandatory Fighters (6) 12 man rosters. WBF. Everyone will always have a fighter on the ice. Limiting to 6 players so hopefully we can actually complete a league. 3 spots left.
