Arguably the best two best snes players to play online...I'd like to call it a rematch but....

Fall classic 2008 final - unfinished.....18 months and counting.

Spring classic 2010 final - unfinished....3 weeks and counting.

@dangler you got this bud. I believe in you.

  4. If anyone is interested I will start an NHLPA'93(sega) league. 12 players max, draft one team from each conference. (I use this format for Ken Griffey and it's fun). You'd play 22 games total, best of 5 playoffs. So it's a short season. To start the second week of May. A month for the regular season and then playoffs. Ladder draft for teams, lowest 94 skilled players to best-skilled players (not a snake draft). same in-game settings as the classic league. join here - > https://discord.gg/tAkcVBTZ

So farr we have 7 players. Looking for 5 more.

    7. @UltraMagnus (tentative)

  5. We are very excited to announce the dates and location for the King of 94-8 at Freeplay Toronto!

An Arcade bar which has a lot of great tiles including some hockey ones like “Hit the ice” and “NHL 2 on 2 challenge.” It also has a Chexx Bubble hockey table. The owner is a big fan of nhl’94 and played many of the Sega hockey titles growing up. We think it’ll be a great fit.

    Tentative schedule

Friday night - King of Griffey (Ken Griffey Jr. Presents MLB - SNES) At the hotel suite (location to be determined)

King of Jam (NBA JAM Tournament Edition - SNES). At the hotel suite (location to be determined)

Saturday Daytime - SNES King of 94 and Darkside of 95 (sega nhl95)

Saturday Night time. Snes 2v2 and Sega 2v2. At the hotel suite (location to be determined)

Thanks, folks! I appreciate the kind words and giving it a spin.

There have been a lot of great hacks for current eras, but just a few older gen versions from guys like @clockwise and @CoachMac that I love. I want to help add to that list to keep that era alive and exciting.

A lot of cool hacks for other things like ads and music etc were something I wanted to try out. Since the modern day teams and rosters are so brilliantly taken care of, I decided on the era of hockey that really got me excited about the game (80s and 90s)

Everyone appreciates the work you and @AdamCatalystand all the other hackers on here do. so thanks!
