wow...for someone who only signed up a few of days ago you sure have a displeasure for someone you've never met.

It threw me off a bit when I first signed up having to get an aim account. However, since then, I've found it better to have an aim account for the sole purpose of contacting guys to play nhl94 and keeping my msn messenger for everything else.

where did you see that? I did a search but all I found was patrick lebeau being invited to the flyers camp at the age of 37....could this be it instead?

I've only played JotaC a few times(I didn't win any)....He's not only won both SNES classic leagues but he did it with Edmonton and St.Louis. And then there's the CDT "Caper Death Trio"(HBO special coming in the fall) consisting of The Deer, Rudy, 94kid. I haven't beat rudy or 94kid and I think I won once against the deer.

confirm divalentin and rage93....both good guys....connections had a bit of lag but fine overall.

Clockwise, great site! the tutorials are excellent. I didn't see anything there for the snes version of '93 but that's okay because nhl93 for snes was horrible. If I remember correctly, there wasn't very many ways to score in that game...it was either the cross crease cut and have the goalie get stuck or there were a few spots on the rink where you could slap it in. The genesis version of 93 destroyed its snes counterpart.

There has been a bit of confusion for new coaches as to who they should play a test game against. You MUST play a game against an admin or vet before we can put you in a league. I need to maximize my nhl94 game count...40 it is! I'll have to organize another snes nostalgia league just to satisfy my addiction for nhl94 over those 3 months. Game On!

Segathon, I'm glad you posted this....I was trying to remember the name of this game but couldn't for the life of me. Anyways after reading this I got a copy and played the emulated version. I was down 6-2 in the bottom of the last inning with the bases loaded. 2 outs. I cranked one out of the yard thinking I had tied the game but I broke a school window which for that particular field is an out. I had feelings of greatness and having your dreams crushed all in one swing of the bat. ---- another note.....I should mention 'extra Innings' for SNES. My favourite baseball game of all time(it narrowly edges out baseball stars and rbi baseball for me). Game play was great....and the dirty looks they'd give the umpire on a called strike three were great...as well the 'bo jackson' breaking of the bat over the knee.

After running the snes nostalgia league so far...I think I may wait for this option to come out before I will run another league....as much as I enjoy running leagues..logging scores manually is the least enjoyable part of it...very time consuming obviously. to my request... I'm wondering if it possible to add something like kamoh's standings page...where you can easily track who's played who. http://nhl94.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3710 I think it's very creative and easy to read. This is only a suggestion of course as this would be a luxury rather than a necessity.

I've had similar issues before with that...perhaps try capping each email at 50 users...if its not too much trouble of course.

yeah the league has been pretty fortunate to have a lot of coaches committed to playing their games. In less then a month, 5 guys have already hit the 40+ games played mark (in a 68 game league) and 4 other coaches could easily hit that mark over the weekend.
