Oh, I should mention that awesome glitch... My guy gets a breakaway, his guy runs me over from behind (obviously prompting a penalty shot), and before the whistle goes, my fallen guy runs into his goalie, getting a goalie interference penalty. Turns out when the penalty shot starts, the puck moves immediately in front of the penalty boxes, and sits there and wont move. Hillarious!!!
Probably because the guy who was awarded the penalty shot was in the penalty box. A game of lesser quality would have totally bombed.
How would that even work in real NHL?

Well, Saturday came and went with no changes in the apartment internet service. I'm going to see if I can go to my cousin's tomorrow and get some games in on his connection, so look for me tomorrow evening. If I don't have any games in by, say, Friday you should probably replace me. Fair enough?

WSH @ NJ = 4-3 NJ
Both games marked by blown leads. WSH came back from a 5-1 deficit midway through the 2nd to take a 6-5 lead with :30 to go in the 3rd, only to lose in OT. NJ overcame a 2-0 deficit to win 4-3, the game again being decided in the waning moments of the 3rd. The Caps are winless in their last 5.
