Thanks so much! I got 4 games in but noone else was available/couldnt play at the time I got home. Can you carry the 2 games I need for the 1st checkpoint over to the next checkpoint? I am not sure about the latest version of KEGA, but I can tell you I played a few games online last year with someone and it was like literally playing in the same room. There was not an ounce of lag. As for the emulator itself, the graphics on FUSION are better than GENS when you use the "filtered" option. The GENS "creed" graphic option is good too but it makes the graphics a little too cartoonish, while the "filtered" graphic option on Kega projects beautiful graphics without the cartoony effect. The sound of KEGA is overall better than GENS as well. You hear sounds on KEGA that you dont on GENS. For example, when the puck bounces off the boards you can really hear the "glass partition" sound on KEGA while you really cant on GENS. KEGA is a much better emulator than GENS and its all I use when not playing online. I only downloaded GENS because thats what this site uses for league games. Otherwise I wouldnt even bother with it. I'm not sure about the latest version though. It has problems online? I hope if thats true they correct it. The previous online version of KEGA was flawless.

OK cool I feel better now. I only joined for fun I dont really care about wins/losses so the last thing I wanted was to mess things up for anyone else. Thats pretty much how I feel it was just a misunderstanding I didnt intentionally try to mess things up. I will gladly wait until next season if I have to, and just play exi games for now. But if I can get in somewhere thatd be great too. Sorry for the mix up guys.

I played years and years ago under a different name. I just enjoy playing doesnt really matter to me which league but thanks for asking. I had to stop for a while because I had anger problems (in general). I'm doing ok now though so I felt as if I might be ready to come back and try to play.

Who thinks this might be the cup finals preview? I think this is the Rangers year! But the Blues in the west and the Pens in the East will have something to say about it when all is said and done!

Thats nice of you to say thanks but its not going to be easy. Just played Alonzi14 (Toronto) 3 games. He's pretty tough and anything can happen in the playoffs haha.

Genesis all the way and it's really not even close. Back in the day I was a SNES fanboy and hated SEGA, but I played NHLPA 93 on the Genesis and was forced to admit it was by far the better sports game. I am still not sure why sports games on the SNES were so crappy. Games like F-Zero moved at lightning speed but you're telling me they couldn't match the gameplay of the SEGA version? The SNES console overall was a superior system to the Genesis, and it had a much better selection of games. Games that were more fun than Genesis on average. Though Genesis did have some great titles, like the Sonic series. But in terms of sports games Genesis all the way. And it pains me to say that grrrrr. For whatever reason, EA or whomever just did not focus much energy into sports games on the SNES. I think they were just used to working with the Genesis since it came out first, and did half-assed work on the SNES versions. But the SNES version did get better starting with 94, and have their own unique feel to them. But like WBOY said the players on the SNES version are just too skinny and weird looking for me. But I guess its personal preference. I started out with NHLPA 93, so maybe thats why I'm used to those graphics since they carried over into NHL 94.
