I am trying to build two mods one for the NAHL (North American Hockey League) and one for the old RHI (Roller Hockey International) but I can't get the programs I need to mod it on one of my computers and I am having trouble doing it on the one I can get it on. I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me with it. Thanks!

It won't open Tile Molester and I've done everything that was said above, any ideas? Thanks
