What i did was download directly from the site the updated version (2.x) and create my Logmein account. The update function from the menu never worked for me either.

ok jackandjose and i just played with me on v2.0 without issue. he joined my network just like in v1.

the account is free so seems just need to: 1) Upgrade to v 2.x 2) signup for free account the rest should work the same but it would be good for someone else to install v2 and try to do an exi game with me to verify.

I rarely used to play with Van back in the day but ended up drafting them in the B classic. Maybe it is the way i play but often times I seem to value guys who are where i thought they would be, especially defensively. For this reason I am using the Bure - Adams - Ronning combination because I like that when Bure and Ronning go flying up the ice I can count on Adams to be somewhere in the middle lagging behind and easy to get back on D if a turnover occurs.

you just have to make sure you dont have it set to compress the save state correct?

i know smozoma created a gens+netplaysave which i have. Wouldn't that work? As for the dpad, gens will only support the left stick for play. Mapping the dpad only works with single direction movement but does not work with multidirection movement. I use the logitech chillstream USB gamepad and also tried a newer Nyko gamepad with the same results. Anyone have other thoughts?

Do I have to use gens? Can I use gens+? I ask because gens controller support does not work with my logitech controller's dpad and that is what I am most comfortable using. I read a post from smozoma but I think it was older so I wanted to see what the current standing is for this question. Thanks

that sounds like a good idea, an easy way to just play exhibition games. like now.

a note while playing with the Hawks, Leddy should not be on the PK. That always handled by Keith, Seabrook, Hjalmarsson, and Oduya. Just looking at the regular lines and that should be the first 4 D. Leddy should not be paired with Hjalmarsson since Oduya's been his D pair for a while.

I've been back to playing NHL 94 (from 95, i know and i apologize) and THANKS for your work on this update. On my third set of playoffs working my way through all the teams and the ratings seem pretty good as well.

This is from my years of inline hockey (with ball, no puck) Jersey # - 55 ( When I started people said I was built like Daze so i used his number) Position - F (usually C since i took the faceoffs) Handedness - Right Weight - 225 Speed - 4 In the moment of playing I am pretty fast and win most chases to the ball, but just racing forget it. Agility - 2. I'm 6'6" and all arms and legs. Off.Awareness - 3. Average I would say for a forward. Def.Awareness - 5. Regardless of what sport I play I take a lot of pride in playing defense. Pretty good back checker and use my reach well for poke-check and stick-checks. Shot Power - 2. Little shot power for me. I want to take wristers when i can but mostly looking to pass. Checking - 0. We had to play the ball. Fighting - 0. Not allowed Stick Handling - 4. Decent and this is a good way to take advantage of my height. Shooting Accuracy - 3. For some reason I can hit 5 hole all day through Ds legs but can't hit top shelf for the life of me. Endurance - 2. In terrible shape. Roughness Pass/Shot Bias - 5. Pretty heavy on pass. Passing - 4. I think my vision is one of best assets so I am more looking to set up others. Aggressiveness - 0. I'm a perennial Lady Byng candidate.

do you have a copy of it pre-weight bug fix? I am sure most people would love to use it with the updates as it looks really good, but I just loaded it up and saw for example the speed of all players was 39. Thanks for your work on this, very nicely done.

I played a game with the ducks and noticed all players are rated between 40-43 overall. Is this on purpose?
