another thing i saw is Marcus Kruger is an interesting combination. He almost always splits top D line duty with the Hossa/Toews/X line and should have a 5 D awareness and is a pretty good skater. He also misses tap ins and is generally has poor hands and O awareness so even a 2 SH and 2/1 O aware would be accurate.

If anyone wants, i made this excel spreadsheet from Skips to help with offline tracking and customizing for helping with your draft. Just make sure to allow macros. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ned08svanykfpgo/NHL%20Velocity%20League%20Draft%20-%20Season%201.xlsm?dl=0 It works in that you type in part of the players name in the draft page in the row for that players pick and hit enter, now highlight that cell and select cltr-w and you should see a dialog with matching players. Select that player and choose draft and it will update in all the sheets. Also, if anything goes wrong you can back it out by setting the players team to blank on the players sheet and redoing the draft process. A blank on that page for the players team makes it appear the player is available and can be selected again. Let me know if anyone has any other questions on it.

i gave up and used it with a VMWare image of XP. If you do not have a license for VMWare you can use Oracle VirtualBox for free.

I think also it is important to point out how great a job Skip has done in creating this rom and starting this league in the first place. I think MOST are just thinking we can work together and make it better and I think it is that spirit that will make this a fun league.

Mutant League Hockey was pretty good, interesting concept. In that same genre I love Jerry Glanville's Footbrawl too.
