Thanks for trying and for the info everyone. I tried doing some research on the internet and didn't find anything yet in converting a genesis rom to sega cd playable. I'm interested to see if anything can be figured out. It may be the best way to play it on real hardware is to use a flash cart with the Rom loaded on the sd card.

Hello, Im new here and downloaded the Genesis Rom with updated rosters to check out. I was wondering if anyone had a Sega Cd Iso with the updated rosters so i could burn it and play on my genesis with sega cd. Thanks for any info.
