Hey UltraMagnus, as far as putting the image file, I did exactly what you said. I seem to have no problem importing it. I wonder if it a problem in using the right palette. However, I will try to type.bin at the end and see if it makes a difference. I am so close of doing graphics in roms darn. I also follow your step-by-step guide and used the same palette number for the opening splash screen. I am showing here a .bmp copy of the image I want to put. Yours Truly is trying hard to change the graphics in the roms I do. I learned a lot in looking for palettes, offsets, setting height and width...still I encounter the following issue. The .bin file won't save. At the moment, I only try to change the splash screens, import the images by bmp or png at the right height and width i.e. 320 by 224 ...then when it comes to save I don't know whether to 'Save as' or 'Save all' . I tried both and when it comes to try the rom, the save did not happen. I looked around in the forum and either I am a real noob or I am just too old for that, I somehow can't find a solution. Knowing how to save the .bin appropriately would be a real game changer in my rom hacking experience just like it did when I discover how to use NOSE. Imagine, I got the puck is getting close to put graphics in his darn roms. Thank you in advance for any help, hints or links to a post or page you can provide.

Hello there...still figuring out how to change the graphics especially with ultramagnus step by step Bible but still no go yet...As I am trying to make this happen, here are 2 more roms, based on the great Seamor's pond rom with awesome 3-on-3 action, of my favorite teams: Penguins ( a revisited, improved and more structured rom compare to the previous) and Islanders. Based on the top 40 all time points leaders for each teams, each rom splits the leaders into 4 teams of 9 skaters and a goalie. As usual, I did the uniforms as close as possible to the real one. Hello there...something really different for another update of Seamor's great pond rom. The recreation of the movie 'Mystery Alaska' which truly represents the spirit of Pond hockey. All of the player's names are true to the movie's including the 'fake' New York Rangers (the 'real' Rangers declined to play the movie) . The movie is not the best of the kind but it is not at all bad. It's entertaining and the looks of the mountains, especially the opening scene of the movie where the player skate through the mountain with a great soundtrack, is amazing. Hey there! here is another update of Seamor's great rom. Another 3-on-3 madness. This time we move to Alberta with the Flames-Oilers rivalry over the decades. There's 8 teams, 4 aside and representing each a decade (although they were some personal preferences for talent over having the person in the right decade. I could not resist to put Georges Laraque. The result is fun and reunite great players, especially the 80s Of course if you want changes, you can use NOSE for a personalized experience. All I did is change the rosters, team names and uniforms which includes alternates, Reverse Retro etc. Hope you like it. Making these really beat the COVID-19 blues. Hope it helps you too. Cheers!! Hey there, here is another update of Seamor’s pond hockey game. This time, it’s full original 6 3-on-3 action. 8 roms in all – a collection- where each team has his own rom where top 40 all-time points leader of the team are splt into 4 teams of 9 skaters and a goalie. The 2 last roms are the teams facing off each other. One is OTH –old time hockey- where players are born before 1947 (20 years old on the last year of original 5 i.e. 1967) and the modern one are born after ’47. These two roms also have 9 skaters and a goalie per team. There are a few personal preferences (for example Roy instead of Price for the Habs) but it is mainly the top points leaders of each club. All I did was update the rosters, lines, uniforms and team names. Unfortunately, I did not update the graphics, being the usual old fart I am but someday I’ll find the patience, time and will to do it to enhance the experience. If you feel like doing the logos and graphics, feel free to do so. You can also use NOSE to update the rosters and lines if ever you find me offtrack in my rosters. This is fun rom, a rom that deserve to be shared like muffins, and It is an even table. Every team has a chance to win. Hope you like it. Cheers!!! Hello there, another great update of Seamor's on the pond rom. This time, I wanted something different so I gather the players from Russia, from the top points leader from quanthockey.com. Russia has produced as you know great players so here they are. Tretiak is added as a goaler although he never played in the NHL. He is an icon of russian goaltending so he is in. I did the rosters, team names and uniforms only. Sorry to not be able to update graphics but the rom still stands as being fun in my opinion. the uniforms were based on Russia's 1950's uniforms, summit series and 1980 uniforms, actual uniform and a blue alternate. Here is another installment of Seamor’s awesome pond hockey rom. I set it up as 3 on 3 hockey with different themes for the experience. Today, I present you a fierce rivalry: Canadiens-Nordiques. 8 landmarks teams, 4 aside and each containing 9 forwards and 1 goalie. -Canadiens 79 = team after they won Stanley cup -Nordiques 79 = first year on the league -Canadiens 84= Good Friday Brawl edition -Nordiques 84=Good Friday Brawl edition -Canadiens 86= Obviously, Stanley cup champions -Nordiques 90= why? Stastny, Sakic, Goulet and Lafleur in the same team. That’s why -Canadiens 93= Stanley cup champions again -Nordiques 95= Last ‘kickass’ lineup for the nords, probably their best lineup ever as they won the Stanley cup in Colorado the year after as nords transferred there. As usual, all I did is the rosters, the lines and the uniforms. Sorry I wasn’t able to update the graphics. My rosters are based upon quanthockey.com’s points leaders for each team. Lineups are subject to debate. Please use the NOSE software if you want to make any changes. I am just an average guy who had fun setting up and playing this game and hope other people will love it. Following provinces on the pond, I move South of the border and it's 3 on 3 hockey with the top nhl points leader teamed up by their birth states. 6 teams, the 5 biggest states where Hockey is played plus a 'rest of the USA' team. 9 forwards and one goalie per team (ooops, I added a few defencemen here and there either because it was too weak and I couldn't imagine Minnesota without Dustin Byfuglien). Of course, everything that is graphics comes courtesy of Seamor but for this rom, the graphics are not updated as I am a klutz on that. However, I did rosters, lines, uniforms (they are college themed for the most) so the feeling on the pond is I think still genuine. Hello again, it's world juniors time in Lake Louise, Canada (nicest big lake closest to Edmonton and Red Deer). The graphics and presentation, splash screens etc is from Seamor. What I have done is rosters and uniforms and team names. 6 teams of 9 forwards and a goalie that represent as much as I can the present junior tourney. Yes I know 4 teams are missing because of time restraints and also out of interest so I focused once again on the pretenders to the championship. PROVINCES ON THE POND 8 3-on-3 teams split into birth provinces (Maritimes provinces are paired up) with NHL all-time points leaders per province according to Quanthockey.com. The vast majority of players are born after 1950 (couldn't vision Saskatchewan without Gordie Howe). The uniforms are not color rushed like the nhl legends rom. Hope you like it. Just got the game as a xmas gift. I am more of a player than a manager usually but then I am slowly adopting to this game. They have a 2d simulation engine which is not bad although I had to adjust it to make it decently work. (Growing pains of a new game I guess). The price of it is a bit stiff but it seems justified for those who like hockey management. Any fans of the game out there?

OK I am on a roll here, xmas is not that boring but I got the time to do something that was never done before here. A rom on the USA-Canada Rivalry for Ladies. Only 2 teams needed. 3 on 3 madness 9 skaters and a goalie for 3 lines per team. All the star ladies are here. I wonder why it has never been done before that's why I have done it. pretty boring confined xmas eve so I turn the heat a bit and created another variation of Seamor's fantastic outdoor rom. This time is the Worlds on the pond. 3 on 3 action with the 6 countries contenders for the world's supremacy (you know who they are)based on Quanthockey.com's all time points leader per country. Couple of notes: -Went for Marty instead of Roy in canada's goal -Choose Tretiak because he's the greatest russian goaler ever. -Put Jim Craig for US as he helped to get the 1980 olympic US gold - I only did the rosters, uniforms and team names...the rest is Seamor's great rom work. Once again, if you want to change the rosters, use NOSE, the ea utility. If you want to change centre ice logos and team logos for the rom, please feel free to do wso and perhaps post your results for either case right here. It is so fun to have a real outdoor rom. hey there, These are variants of the rom made by Seamor and all the graphics is from him. Thank you Seamor to allow me to do variants as a Xmas present from me to all the nhl 94 community. Still 4 on 4 hockey. NHL Legends on the pond and for those habs fans out there, Le Canadien sur le lac\ Habs on the pond. NHL legends is complete with the top 50 players that ever played in the NHL. 8 teams of 6 players plus the top 8 goalers ever. For the Canadiens all the greats are here and some alumnis....( yeah, I know why Dave Morissette but then again why not?) All of these can be subject to debate of course. I only did my best and wanted to share this with the community. If you wanna change the lineups, players, do like me. I picked up NOSE four months ago and it changed the way I play, mod and see the game. It can do anything except I wish they could do graphics because I really sucked at that and I am not patient on how to do it. So if you wanna change something, graphics or rosters, you can do it, if of course Seamor agrees and perhaps post an improved version here.
