I actually just tried to reinstall 9.0c and didn't change anything. Any other solutions?

I actually already have 9.0c. Should I reinstall that?

First off let me just say... I'm a noob at this. I'm trying to use Gens to play NHL94, but when I click on Gens I get an error that says "This application has failed to start because DINPUT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Any help, please?
