August 4, 200916 yr comment_81047 I found a Sega Genesis in the mail room at my apartment! And then I found a penny by the elevator! I suspect the fact that the side of the genesis is open and some kind of red card with "DO NOT REMOVE" written on it is sticking out is a bad sign, though My genesis cables and controllers are the basement and I don't feel like digging them up, so it'll be a while before I know if this thing works! August 5, 200916 yr comment_81065 dont worry about the thing on the side, its not the end of the world if its exposed like that, i had (have? mine might be like that now) a genesis that was like that and it still worked fine. now if that was gone then i'd be worried. but give it a shot, it might need a bit of tlc to clean it up but should be all good.
