For Statto's SNES editor and for wboy's Genesis NOSE editor, you should be able to right-click the .exe file, go to Properties, then the Compatibility tab and set it to XP. You also need to install the VB6 runtimes (download and run the file vbrun6sp50.exe from http://www.hexaddicts.com/nose/index.html). For NOSE, also download mscomctl.ocx and put it in your system directory (C:\Windows\System32 or maybe System64). EARE should work on Vista and Windows 7 with no issues.
