LA Robbie
Kupuck and his Vancouver Canucks became the first team in the GENS 2011 league to complete the 22 game regular season tonight, 2 weeks and 6 days after the competition began. He finishes with an 8-14-0 record and will now have to wait to see where he places in the playoffs. His final regular season game, a 3-2 home win over the Minnesota Wild saw him finish with 79 goals scored, and exactly 100 conceded in the Eastern Division. Congratulations Kupuck on a commited season, and good luck in the playoffs! Tonight's other milestone was achieved by KingRaph and his New York Rangers. Wins home and away over the Dallas Stars means he's hit 30 points, still with 4 regular season games to play. A monster total. His 4-1 win in Dallas also leaves him just 4 shy of becoming the first team this season to hit 100 regular season goals too, proving his week 1, 11 game winning streak was no fluke! Congrats to KingRaph too, and thank you to all you guys for making this a superb 1st season so far. We still have the weekend left to play and only 6 of the 18 teams are currently short of the 12 game checkpoint, although all are within 2 or 3 games. Most in the league have already played comfortably more. Proof positive that this 2011 rom is just too good not to play! lol Thanks again, and good luck to everyone in their weekend games!
