TruePensFan1981 Posted April 20, 2012 Report Share Posted April 20, 2012 Wboy didn't upload a 30-team ROM itself, if I remember correctly. I believe what he uploaded was an .ips patch that you apply to the original NHL 94 rom, thus rendering it into a 30-team rom (with NHL teams available in 2006).
