smozoma Posted December 17, 2011 Report Share Posted December 17, 2011 I propose a change to the shootout: Shooter starts at centre (the red line) with the puck, and a defender starts by the boards, also on the red line. The defender can't move until the shooter touches the puck. The shooter can skate up to the puck to have momentum, or whatever he wants.. but as soon as he touches the puck, the defender can start chasing him. That way, you can't pull these shenanigans.
