If the season ended today (with teams losing 2 points for every DNP): 1. da94wookiee 48 pts 2.* kupuck 20 pts 3. carse 42 pts 4. flamingpavelbure 36 pts 5. kingraph 30 pts 6. beavers33 4 pts 7. vocallycaged -3 pts 8. flasox -3 pts --------------------- hokkeefan -4 pts boknows -8 pts zalex -14 pts dcicon -22 pts As you can see, there's a big dropoff in games played after kingraph at the current 5 seed. Keep in mind that going by these standings, a future win is worth 4 points and a future loss is worth 2 points. So far, no one is mathematically eliminated from the 8 team playoff. Remember: Playoffs Playoff series will be best-of-7. GENS-A - Conference Winners are top 2 seeds, and then the best 6 teams after them will make the playoffs (8 teams). Carse and FPB neck-and-neck for #1 seed. Carse wins the tie-breaker because FPB didn't play all his games. Flasox finished the season strong and ended up as the leader in the Eastern Conference. Can he repeat as GENS A champ? UPDATED: With 5 games unplayed, Vocally Caged needed just 1 more win to make the playoffs and had the possibility of the 4th seed and home-ice advantage in round 1. Unfortunately, he was too busy working on Dynasty League to play any of those games, and he missed the playoffs. UPDATED: dcicon finished in last place and was an extremely sore loser.
