Hi. Game - NHL 98.

How to remove a rule - 2 line pass? - Can't

How to get new rosters for teams? - Run NOSE, open the ROM, go to a team and double click a player to change it. Youc an use Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V to copy/paste players. You can also add and delete players.

How to add new teams? - Can't, although you can change team names.

How to change logos of teams?? - Can't, but you can change the uniform colours. See next post

Not all graphics are editable. I don't know whether the logos are editable or not.

I think TheTome does many of his hacks manually, he figures them out himself. It's a skill that must be developed over time by researching and experimenting.

It does, you just have to change to "All files (*.*)" when opening a file. One of the weird quirks about TM.
