Real-Time Clock in NHL '94 Genesis

When receiving a penalty shot during a '94 match with both main and PP clocks adjusted, I noticed the penalty shot timer still running at 2.5x.

@von Ozbourne mentioned that '95-'98 contained two "0478 0AAA" hex patterns, and I found out two things:
a) '94 has that pattern twice too
b) it's the second pattern who is responsible for that penalty shot timer

I found the second pattern offset in '94 and others. And found PP clock offsets as well! Searching "0678 0018" pattern just makes it all.
