Player photos and other images

Recommended Posts

Hi guys! I just had a flash, I'd like to print out a series of "player cards" to put in frames and hang somewhere at my place. I'd put pixelized photos of the players and their name and attributes below. Something cool. Maybe make 3-4 in my hallway. I'd be happy to share my files if I go through.

Do you know where i can find the images? all images from the game could be used.

thanks!!

I like this idea. If I had it my way, the entire house would be full of NHL 94 "art".

There are lots of guys on here that can help you find the right images. Not me. Good luck. I would be interested in seeing what you end up with in the end.

A couple ways to get the images:

1. Run the game with the graphical filter you desire, then take a screenshot and crop and resize the image,  and do whatever you want in photoshop/etc.

2. Open the game in a graphics hacking tool like TileMolester and find the images that way, then again take a screenshot and manipulate in photoshop/etc

I can save you some time, here are all of the Sega Genesis original player cards - 94 player cards.zip

As @Jkline3said, these things are TINY (48 x 48 pixels), so you will need to rescale if you wanted to print.  I have found zooming in on MS Paint, taking a screenshot, and pasting again is an effective way to accomplish this.

If you're looking for SNES, probably best to take screenshots from the game and do the same.

@CoachMac, updated cards wouldn't be true to the original, hideousness and all! :)
