...is there a way to put your backups a numbered order, so that regardless of whether your center gets injured or your left wing gets a penatlty, you automatically get the next best guy in there?

for instance, on defense i dont want yuskevich in there under any circumstances unless absolutely necessary, so i want wienrich to essentially be the backup for BOTH chelios and samuelsson. Is this possible (without going into edit lines every time someone goes out)?

if hull gets injured, he'll be replaced by kozlov, if otto gets hurt, then ridley comes in and so on.

It actually puts in one of your wingers as a defensemen. At least thats how it worked with a previous Draft rom.
