I am working on a 98 upgrade and while the game is fun as hell to play, the 2 line passes just seem to ruin the game. Any advice would be appreciated. The easy way is to use the 96 rom as it doesn't have the rule defined. ... other than that, you'd have to work out the asm hack to disable it in 98.
