It's kind of like an AIM window that lets you create a room and a friend joins you. It has a very simple look to it without any options you have to set up. Once you are in the same room you are directly connected to each other regardless of whether or not you have a router. You don't have to setup anything with your router, the only thing you might have to do is click on your pc's firewall to allow the program to connect. When you log on to hamachi you pick a username and it assigns you an ID number that is displayed next to your name. One person creates a room with hamachi and the other joins that room. Then you both start up your emulators, and with KEGA one person creates an online game. All you have to do to join is enter the other person's hamachi ID just like how you would enter their IP address. That's it and you are off and playing. I've tested it out and it works.
