Hex Workshop not working?

Hey there I kinda want to get into editing the BIN file for NHL94 ROM that I recently downloaded i went to the Apps section where I downloaded the ROM and I downloaded the hex workshop unfortunately when I tried to install hex workshop it wouldn't install and or I can't find it anywhere on my drive is the download unavailable now? Anyways I googled hex workshop and I was able to download and run a copy but that hex program show different hex characters the the tutorial page I found on these forums is there someone who can help me out?

What kind of editing are you going to do, what changes do you want to make? If it's just rosters, you should use the NOSE editor
