Hello,

I have a original NHL 95 MS-DOS CDROM from back in the day.

I tried my darnest but kept getting errors trying to install it.

Can someone please help me to figure out what to do?

I would like to be able to install it on both Windows 2000 Pro and Windows XP as well.

Many thanks,

MMMM

What errors do you get during installation?

Have you tried Dosbox?

Hi,

Make an image out of it, and then read this post:

In Dosbox, I get this error:

"error getting disk space free"

For some reason I have to mount my drive C: in dosbox. Otherwise if I try to start NHL95 from D: drive, I get also that "error getting disk space free"-error.

Hello everybody,

I'm new here and this game was a great part of my teenage-freetime. So, I'm glad to see that this game is still playable, even on vista, so I tried it out.

I've followed the instructions in this thread, but:

I used dosbox, made an image of the cd-rom, mounted in dtools, mount the drive as well in dosbox->installation complete

TYPE IN HOCKEY TO START THE GAME or something else is mentioned on the screen, after finishing the installation..

but after typing hockey

the message OPENHANDLE c:\eavesa.dat FILE ERROR

is coming.

Has anyone an idea what I've done wrong or has a solution???

Thank You very much!
