For more details on the ROMs, please see the original post.  Make sure, if you are interested in downloading the ROM(s), to download one noted as "Playoffs Version."  As there are multiple playoff roms, that I posted, I noted which ones include Landeskog and Kane and which don't.

Unless there is a notable mistake or issue that can be easily fixed, these will serve as the final posts.  Thank you to anyone who downloaded them and/or stopped by to share some thoughts.

Well Sauce, it’s now official that Utah will be the Mammoth next season.  The Mammoth logo that you used in your rom isnt far off the mark with what they will use.

Their Mammoth logo is pretty sweet with the mountain range on it's neck.

Agreed.  I don't mind the logo or name.  However, they are sticking with the same jersey design and color scheme.  The home jersey gets the mammoth logo while the away jersey says UTAH diagonally.  Seems a little "blah" to me.  I realize that they went the simple/basic route, this season, just to have something for the new location.  Was kinda hoping that they'd spruce it up a bit with the new logo/name.  Oh well.  Maybe, they'll do a cool third jersey that pays homage to their Arizona roots.  Who knows.

Thanks!  Yes, there is but it's tricky to do.  Below is a link to the page that @smozoma put together detailing how you can create custom midi files and enter them into the hex code for a rom file.  However, it is not "plug and play" and you should watch the YT video (in the 1st link) that smozoma put together showing how he did it.  It will probably require some "trial and error" practice work to get it right.

@Sean has pulled this off with his NCAA roms.  He even created a "pack" that folks can download and use (2nd link contains details) to import into roms (assuming you don't want to create/use your own midi files).  This pack contains the custom midi songs he used in the NCAA roms.

I don't believe anyone else has tried to do this on their own modded roms.

Ah man! It would be awesome to have the next versions with this custom sound pack. Especially removing or chaning that checking sound scream lol

Utah and the NHL may wanna pass on such a tribute and association.  The Coyotes franchise and its inevitable demise is one of Bettman’s most embarrassing career highlights.

Not bad.  Kinda reminds me of what the Wild do with their thirds to honor the North Stars (green and gold color scheme).

No plans to do so.  The 3v3 just isn't as popular so I don't plan to switch UHC to be the Mammoth as I did for this rom.  Nor, add Landeskog or E. Kane as I did for this one as well.  But, if you are only looking to add some players, that's easy enough to do with the NOSE tool.  If you're interested in how to do so, PM me and I'll walk you through it.

Oh yeah I'm a Kraken fan along with the Canucks, Lightning and Coyotes. With the coyotes moving and the Kraken and canucks being frustrating to watch, it's been hard to get back into hockey, especially with the move. It was and still is hard. I still have much love for the coyotes players who are now with the Mammoth. So I suppose those guys and the lightning are slowly reeling me back in. Seeing ekman-larsson get the cup with the panthers was great to see.
