angryjay93 Posted June 26, 2007 Report Share Posted June 26, 2007 Thanks to the help of clockwise in getting me started with NOSE and his wise words, i have decided to embark on the difficult task of creating a rom. The rom will be created for the upcoming 08 season and will feature updated rosters, other details are up in the air since im still learning stuff, but expect a game light on graphics and details, but heavy on gameplay.
