current Gens Plus! emulator available

i suppose i could have just sent an e-mail to notify but its better to leave the message here so that others can check to see what version they may be using. 

the Gens Plus! (not to be mistaken for "Genesis Plus" without the explanation mark by Charles Mac Donald) emulator available in the download section is currently 0.0.3.39 but the latest version is 0.0.9.61. so unless its intentional that a previous version is available, the more recent version can be found here – zophar.net/genesis/gens-plus-.html
