NHL 94 Linesman skin colour

 I'm not sure when or how my linesmans skin colour became bright red but it's been bugging me to no end. I've tried a few things with changing the colour on the linesmans strips in tile molester with another from the pallette but that would result in the image being jumbled in game. I then tried changing the colours in the palette that appeared to correspond with the linesmans red colour in tile molester which worked but at the expense of all the red lines since it shares a pallette with the rink. Is there anyway of changing the skin colour without it changing the lines on the ice? I feel like it might be an easy fix that I can't think of. I attached my rom if anyone would like to take a look. Thank you in advance for any help on the subject.

I actually figured out a work around, added an extra red to the rinks pallette and recolored all the lines and circles in tile molester. All good now 😁
