Hope this is the right place to post this sort of thing. I'm having a tremendous amount of fun simulating Demo games as I test out my ROM changes, mostly trying to get fighting results realistic. I decided to play out 10 game seasons for each rom, and I think I've got this one right where I want it. I'm playing 10 minute periods, and I've got most of the tough guys on 2nd line. Though I also figured out how to get the checking lines to see a bit more ice, so all 3 lines should see the ice at least a couple shifts every game. I've got penalties off. Each team will play 10 games, they'll play the 8 other teams in their conference, and then 2 random teams from the opposite conference.

I've made several changes/tweaks to the fight patch, so you'll see some interesting results in that regard, hopefully.

Day 1

PIT 0 at BOS 2

Ron Grahame stops all 29 shots that come his way for a rare shutout. This was a surprisingly tame game until tension heated up at the end, with all 4 fights coming in the last 4 minutes.

LAK 2 at WSH 7

Meehan scores a whopping 5 points and Forbes gets a hat trick for a huge Caps win. Multiple fights broke out at the same time for a 3 on 3 brawl which even saw Kings goalie Rogie Vachon getting in on the action, landing a couple unanswered blows on Gordie Lane!

MTL 4 at BUF 5

Danny Gare proved to be fearless, giving Big Bird Larry Robinson all he could handle in a fight before Robinson finally took over late. Gare was up for a rematch, but Robinson handled him more easily the 2nd time. But Gare gets the last laugh, netting a goal en route to a Sabres victory.

CLE 5 at TOR 4

Mike Fidler steals the show in this wild brawl filled game, as he gets 2 goals and a Gordie Howe hat trick! There were 14 fighting majors handed out total (7 fights) including a pair of brawls. The Barons won the fights and the game, as Jodzio and MacAdam each won a pair of fights!

NYI 5 at STL 8

Curt Bennett gets 2 goals and an assist leading the offensive explosion for the Blues, and Gary the Hitman Howatt bloodies Brian Sutter in a scrap.

VAN 2 at MIN 1

Cesare Maniago stops 27 shots to help the Nucks win this goaltender's duel.

CHI 2 at ATL 1

Tony Esposito is credited with 28 saves, giving up just 1 as his Hawks get the win.

NYR 5 at PHI 6

This was old time hockey at it's finest, 9 fights, 11 goals, and plenty of blood on the ice! Mel Bridgman gets a hat trick and Rick MacLeish gets a Gordie including pounding Ron Greschner twice! Fotiu wins 3 separate fights against 3 different opponents, and 2 Flyers draw blood in their bouts.

COL 1 at DET 2

Rutherford only needed to make 17 saves here and the Wings really only needed to score 1 legit goal, as the GWG by Dennis Hull was an own goal!
