August 26Aug 26 comment_216769 Hi everyone,It’s been a while since I posted here, it’s been amazing to see the work that’s gone on since I was last around.Earlier this year I began work on a classic teams mod for NHL: Legacy Edition, and figured I’d share here. Most of the work is going on over in the NHL Legacy Overhaul Discord , where a few different projects exist, including a roster update mod and a link to Zamboni, a new online community for Legacy.Things still have a ways to go before reaching the scale or depth that the community here has reached, but there’s been a lot of work done on things like changing the soundtrack, decoding player/team traits, adding equipment, upscaling textures, and more.My project, which comes out in October, has 50+ teams from NHL and Men’s International hockey history with revamped uniforms, ratings, lines, arenas, and goalie pads.Emulating Legacy is a pretty heavy load for PCs, I recommend having at least a C tier CPU on the RPCS3 tier list, but if you have a gaming rig built in last few years it should be able to handle it.3 of my favorite previews I’ve recorded here: Report
