HABS Posted November 23, 2007 Report Posted November 23, 2007 Yeah, out of curiosity what is the average age for the site. Don't be a b1tch and lie Quote
Evan Posted November 23, 2007 Report Posted November 23, 2007 Going to be 30 in March. Scary. -Evan Quote
mack Posted November 23, 2007 Report Posted November 23, 2007 Hurray for the old farts - 32 here. Quote
Sabre Dance Posted November 23, 2007 Report Posted November 23, 2007 Turned 32 on September 29th. Quote
Hossmann Posted November 24, 2007 Report Posted November 24, 2007 19. Jeez, I feel like a child here. Quote
clockwise Posted November 24, 2007 Report Posted November 24, 2007 Up to now, this is the oldest I've ever been. Quote
skoolyardpuck Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 I'm outraged that there isn't an option for -9 months to 9 years old in this poll. Quote
Sebe_The_Legend Posted November 30, 2007 Report Posted November 30, 2007 im 25....getting old... Quote
HatTrick94 Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 21. Can't go wrong with that answer. Quote
Logan Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 I'm almost positive i'm the youngest "vet" as we say. Turned 16 in October. Most of you geezers were demolishing Chicago 30-0 using Anaheim while I was just learning that there were one-timers. Quote
Michael Posted December 10, 2007 Report Posted December 10, 2007 28...turning 29 next week. Are we getting to old for this? Quote
Xstioph Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 "Our" generation will probably never get too old to play games. I mean, it's just getting more and more common that people over 40 years play games. I listen to PC Gamer Podcast every week and they discuss this from time to time. I don't think there's much to say about it. People born around 70-80's grew up with games and it's just a part of our lives sort of. Haha.. Of course some grow out of it, some just run out off time for games. But I doubt I'll ever drop gaming. Cheers Quote
addisonbr Posted December 14, 2007 Report Posted December 14, 2007 Xstioph, I think you're exactly right. Our generation seems to have done a pretty good job of dragging a few "just for kids" things by the ears along through life. Comic books (sorry, they're graphic novels now) and video games seem to be growing up at about the same pace I've been doing the same. I mean, seriously, think about how much happier we're going to be when we're in the old folks home at 87, when we are perfectly happy playing some online games for a couple of hours, instead of sitting around watching the paint peel like what a lot of old folks do now? I'm not saying they're idiots for not playing games - if you didn't grow up on them, they're not going to keep you company when you get old. But I'm happy that as my health and faculties decline, and as my family gradually abandons me (I'm probably going to be a real a**hole when I'm old, so I don't blame them), I'll still be able to keep "active" with something I enjoy. awesomerino Posted December 15, 2007 Report Posted December 15, 2007 Just turned 28 a couple weeks ago. I'm more surprised to see anyone 22 on this site and under than I am to see people over 30. Quote
IceStorm70 Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 I gotta be one of the elder statesmen here at 37. Never felt better. The whole NHL (91-94) series was a staple of my 4 years in college. Noting wrong with gaming at this age Sides, keeps my porn time down to a minimum Quote
kupuck19 Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 Wow, I'm young compared to most of the guys here. 18 Quote
clockwise Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 We're going to have to get an AARP league with some Flomax and Enzyte divisions going on for the fuddy duddy's here. Quote
